'아랑객주'라는 닭구이 집입니다.

가게 이름은 술집일 것 같지만, 고기집에 가까워요.

It's a grilled chicken restaurant called 'Aranggaekju'.

The name of the store seems like a bar or pub, but it's close to a meat restaurant.

모듬구이 2인분 입니다. 4인분까지 있어요. 여러 닭 부위가 제공되는데, 간장 양념이 된 것도 있어요.

하얀색은 사워크림소스고, 가운데 소스는 좀 매운 편이었습니다.

직화로 구워서 먹습니다. 소고기나 돼지고기보다 잘 타기 때문에 자주 뒤집어서 구워야 합니다.

껍질이 있는 부위는 껍질이 아래로 향하게 되면 연기가 많이 납니다.

Cook it over direct fire and eat it. It burns better than beef or pork, so you have to turn it upside down and grill it often.

닭구이 전문점은 처음 가봤는데, 전문점이라서 역시 맛 있었습니다.

청량리에서 가깝지만, 청량리 버스 환승센터 방향이 아니라 반대 방향에 있어요.

It's close to Cheongnyangni, but it's in the opposite direction, not in the direction of Cheongnyangni Bus Transfer Center.

성수에 있는 309디저트카페에 다녀왔습니다.

겨울에는 딸기 케이크를 주로 먹지만, 여기에는 안 먹어본 케이크가 있어서 이것을 먹었습니다.
